AND NOW, this 17th day of September, 2015, upon consideration of the Petition for
Probate and Grant of Letters, filed by Paul Velencia, on September 17, 2015, for the estate of
Jere James Jones, IT IS HEREBY DECREED that the Petitioner shall post surety bond in the
amount of $120,000.00 in the name of the Commonwealth. Petitioner is directed to
comply with Local Rule 3591.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to 20 Pa. C.S. §3351 et. seq., no proceeds
of real estate shall be paid to the personal representative until the court has made an
order excusing him from entering additional security or he posts an additional surety bond
equal to two (2) times the value of the real estate.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that upon proper filing the Bond of Personal
Representative, Letters of Testamentary shall be granted to Paul Velencia.
