I hereby expressly revoke all wills and Codicils hereto-
fore made by me.
2.
I hereby direct my Executrix to pay all my just debts,
I funeral and administrative expenses out of my estate, as soon as
I practicable after my death.

Should my wife,. M. Louise Wise, survive me for a period
of thirty days following my death, I devise and bequeath the
remainder of my estate to M. Louise wise.
4.
Should my wife, M. Louise Wise, predecease me or die
on or before the thirtieth day following my death, I devise and
bequeath the remainder of my estate to my issue living on the
thirty-first day following my death, per stirpes.
5. I nominate and appoint CCNB Bank" N .A., Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania, Trustee of the share of any beneficiary who may be
under the age of twenty-one years. The income and/or principal I
of said trust may be accumulated or expended for the maintenance, I
education and support of such beneficiary as my Trustee in its
sole discretion may detennine;: and my Trustee,. in the expenditure
of income and/or principal for such purposes, may, at its dis-
cretion, apply the same directly without the intervention of a
guardian or pay the same to any person having the care or control
of s aid beneficiary or wi th Wl. om the beneficiary res ides, wi thou t
duty on the part of the Trustee to supervise or inquire into the
application of the funds by any person to whom any payment is so
made. The balance of such income and/or principal shall be paid
to such beneficiary upon reaching the age of twenty-one years or

The purpose of the appraisal is to estimate Market Value of the property
for Inheritance Tax.
Market Value is defined as "At a given time, the highest price estimated in

The dwelling is a one story brick rancher with a 10' X 12' frame/aluminum
addition for laundry room, 52 gal. electric water heater, outside entrance
and a 1 car enclosed carport without front enclosure. The roof over the
structure is asphalt shingle which was installed in 1995. In the late 1950's

and GEORGE F. WISE, married man, and KAY WISE RHINEHART, married
woman, both of South Middleton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, EQUAL TENANTS IN COMMON, herein called the
Grantees
WHEREAS, the said Anna Marie Wise, a/k/a Anna M. Wise, and her
husband, Harold ~. Wise, became during their lifetimes seised, in
fee, of a certain tract of land, together with improvements thereon
erected, situate in South Middleton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, and more particularly described hereafter; and
WHEREAS, the said Harold A. Wise died on December 9, 1.993, vesting
title in fee simple in his wife, Anna M. Wise; and
WHEREAS, the said Anna M. Wise, being so thereof seised, died on
February 1.8, 2000, having made her Last Will and Testament in
writing dated December 23. 1993, duly probated and filed in ~he
Offic!,! of the Register of wil:!.s in and for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania on January 23, 2001., Estate No. 21.-01.-96, wherein by
Item FIFTH thereof she devised and bequeathed all of her Estate,
real and personal, in equal shares, unto her two children, her son,
George F. Wise and her daughter, Kay Wise Rhinehart, and wherein she
appointed her son, George F. Wise, as Executor of her Estate; and
WHEREAS, Letters Testamentary in the Estate of Anna Marie Wise,
~/k/a, Anna M. Wise, deceased, were issued by the Cumberland County
i<.esister of Wills on Jan~a:-y 23, 2001, tG Geol:gc F. Wise ;.'itho~':: ,::l-;c
requirement that any Bond be posted, which Letters Testamentary
remain in full force and effect; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 3532 of the Probate,
Estates and Fiduciaries Code (20 Pa.C.S. 3532), George F. Wise,
Executor, be and is empowered to distribute the real property
aforesaid unto himself and Kay Wise Rhinehart as beneficiaries in
accordance with Item FIFTH of the Last Will and Testament of Anna
Marie Wise, a/k/a Anna M. Wise, deceased.
NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that the said Grantor, for and in
consideration of the sum of One ($1..00) Dollar, to him in hand paid
