I, ROBERT G. STRINE, of 1095 Franklin Street in the Bor lus�i�f CarlisU3
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, merry ander
understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will-and Tetament
hereby revoking and making void any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made:; ,_
1. I direct my hereinafter named Executrix or Executors or Executrices to pay all of`?ny jm_ P
debts and funeral expenses as soon after my death as may be found convenient todo_soug diif'ci
that Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 South Hanover Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, conduct
my services in accordance with arrangements.,which I intend to make there, and that my body be
iri i:\,ai(=:i.l on my-buiial-lot loca ed in Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens.°along Ritner flighway
near the Borough of Carlisle, Pennsylvania. I further direct that all inheritance, transfer,
succession, estate and'death taxes, including interest and penalties thereon, which may be payable
on account of my death shall be payable from the residue of my estate regardless of whether the
assets upon which such taxes are based are included in my probate estate.
2. All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, and
wheresoever the same may be situate, I give, devise and bequeath to my wife, Violet R. Strine, her
heirs and assigns, to the exclusion of my children,born and unborn, provided my said wife, Violet
R. Strine, shall survive me by a period of ninety (90) days.
3. Should my said wife, Violet R. Strine, predecease me or fail to survive me by the
aforesaid period of ninety (90) days, then in such event all of the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate, real, personal and mixed, and wheresoever the same may be situate, I give, devise and
bequeath as follows:
a) I give, devise and bequeath to my son, Jeffrey M. Strine, his heirs and assigns, the
house and lot of ground at 1011 Franklin Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania,provided he shall survive
me by a period of ninety (90) days, but should he fail to so survive me then the same shall lapse
add-be included in the residue of my estate.
b) I give, devise and bequeath to my son. Robert G. Strine. I.I. his heirs and assigns,
whatever interest I may own in the house and lot of ground at 1095 Franklin Street, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania, together with all of the household goods-and furnishings and contents therein,
provided he shall survive me by a period of ninety (90) days, but should he fail to so survive me
then the same shall lapse and be included in the residue of my estate.
c) If at the time of my death I am the owner of a diamond and ruby ring, I direct that
the same shall be sold and the net proceeds of its sale divided equally between my two step-
granddaughters who are Melissa Gutshall and Michelle Gutshall, provided each one sharing shall
survive me by a period of ninety (90) days,but should either of them fail to so survive me then the
share such deceased step-granddaughter would have received shall lapse and be added to the
residue of my estate. '3' ' "V

d) The balance thereof I give, devise and bequeath in equal shares to my two sons,
Jeffrey M. Strine and Robert G. Strine, II, their heirs and assigns, provided each of them shall
survive me by a period of ninety (90) days,but should either of them fail to so survive me then in
such event the share which my son, Jeffrey M. Strine, would have received shall lapse and be
added to the share of my son, Robert G. Strine, II, and should my son, Robert G. Strine, II, fail
to so survive me then the share.he would have received shall lapse and be added to the share of my
son, Jeffrey M. Strine. Should both of my said sons fail to survive me by a period of ninety (90)
days, then said residue shall be paid 75% to my daughter-in-law, Nancy Sue Strine, her heirs and
assigns, provided she shall survive me by a period of ninety (90) days, and the other 259"o to my

provided each of them shall survive me by a period of ninety (90) days, but should any of said
three (3) persons fail to so survive me then the share which such deceased person would have
received shall pass to such of her issue as shall survive me by a period of ninety (90) days, per
stirpes, and if there be no such issue then the same shall be added proportionately to the shares of
the others so surviving, per stirpes.

4. 1 hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my wife, Violet R. Strine, as Executrix of this
my Last Will and Testament, but should she predecease me or fail to qualify or cease serving as
such, then in such event I nominate, constitute and appoint my two sons, Jeffrey M. Strine and
Robert G. Strine, 11, as alternate or successor Executors, but should both of them predecease me
or fail to qualify or cease serving as such then in such event I nominate , constitute and appoint my
two step-granddaughters,,Melissa Gutshall and Michelle Gutshall, as alternate or successor
Executrices. I further direct that none of them shall be required to post any bond to secure the
faithful performance of his or her duties in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or in any other
jurisdiction.

and Testament written on two(2) pages, this 11th day of May, 1999.
