to have KENDRA BERLYNN HUNTER adjudicated an incapacitated person and to have a
GUARDIAN appointed for her person and her estate. Notice of the hearing shall be give to
KENDRA BERLYNN HUNTER in accordance with 20 P.S. 5511 (a)not less than twenty(20)
days prior to the hearing.
