Rinaldi to Estate File No. 21-14-0509, and duly advertised in the Cumberland Law Journal and The News Chronicle Company and WHEREAS,the Releasors have had all questions,legal issues and concerns answered during the course of the administration of this estate and have no present questions or concerns whatsoever; and WHEREAS, based on the above,the said Releasors now wishes to waive the filing of a formal First and Final Account and Schedule of Distribution with the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County,Pennsylvania.
