FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A PLENARY GUARDIAN OF THE PERSON
AND ESTATE
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 18th day of September, 2015, this being
the time and place set for a hearing on an Emergency Petition for
Adjudication of Incapacity and for the Appointment of Plenary
Guardian of the Person and Estate, and counsel on behalf of the
Petitioner, David D. Nesbit, Esquire, having appeared, and counsel
on behalf of the alleged incapacitated person, Grace D'Alo,
Esquire, having appeared, and this Court having heard testimony by
all parties, all that remains for this Court is that there be
evidence regarding what is the proposed schedule by Yvonne August,
daughter of the Alleged Incapacitated Person, for the proposed
solutions for the care of her mother, and the evidence shall remain
open for that purpose alone. It is hereby ordered that within two
weeks of today' s date, counsel on behalf of both the Petitioner and
on behalf of the Alleged Incapacitated Person shall provide of
record proposed orders to the solution of this matter. In
addition, counsel on behalf of the Alleged Incapacitated Person
shall provide of record an affidavit from Yvonne August as to
Mrs . August ' s plan of care with respect to Marilyn L. Meeks into
the near future within two weeks of today' s date. This matter is
otherwise taken under advisement .
