on behalf of Bob E. Willis and Ivonne M. Willis, by Hannah Herman-Snyder, Esquire, counsel
for Petitioners, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DECREED:
1. That a citation be awarded, directed to William A. Willis, an alleged incapacitated
person, to show cause why he should not be adjudged an incapacitated person and a
guardian of his person and estate should not be appointed.
2. An evidentiary hearing on the Petition under Section 5511 of Title 20, Decedents, Estates
and Fiduciaries Code to Appoint a Permanent Guardian of the Person and Estate of
William A. Willis shall be held before the Honorable ` sof
Cumberland County Courthouse, One Courthouse Square, Carlisle Pennsylvania, on the
day of �Q?�> , 201.5, at p� o'clock--P-.m.
3. ��U Esquire is appointed as attorney for William A. Willis, with
the cost to be paid by the County.
4. The Petitioner shall cause service of this Order and the attached Petition and Citation
with Notice upon William A. Willis by serving his attorney, who is expressly appointed
to represent William A. Willis in this matter, via first class mail, postage prepaid or hand
delivery. The contents and terms of the Petition and Citation with Notice shall be
explained to the maximum extent possible in language and terms the individual is most
likely to understand. Service shall be no less than 20 days in advance of the hearing.
5. William A. Willis shall be present at the hearing unless the testimony of or sworn
statement by a physician or licensed psychologist satisfied the Court that his physical or
mental condition would be harmed by his presence.
6. Medical testimony may be provided at the hearing via telephone speakerphone, provided
counsel for William A. Willis does not object, with such testimony to be arranged with
the Court by counsel for the Petitioners.
