CODICIL TO LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF MYRDETH LUCILLE PRICE
I, MYRDETH LUCILLE PRICE, of 5 Grinnel Drive, Camp Hill, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, having made my Last Will and Testament dated May 18, 1973, do hereby
make, publish, and declare this to be a Codicil to my said Last Will and Testament:
FIRST: Whereas in my said Last Will and Testament I appointed Edward A.
Clifford of York, Pennsylvania, Executor thereunder and whereas it is my intent to
revoke the appointment of Edward A. Clifford and in his place and stead I appoint
David R. Dodd, Esquire, Executor of my said Last Will and Testament therein created
with the same force and effect as if he had been originally named Executor thereunder
to serve without bond or surety thereon.
SECOND: I hereby ratify and confirm all other paragraphs.of my said Last Will
and Testament except insofar as any part thereof is revoked by this Codicil.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, MYRDETH LUCILLE PRICE, have to this a Codicil to my
Last Will and Testament dated May 18, 1973, subscribed my name and set my seal
this 21st day of May, 1975.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, MYRDETH LUCILLE PRICE, being of sound mind and body and understanding
the nature and givings of my assets, hereby revoke any and all other wills,
codicils and the like, and make this my Last Will and Testament, to wit:
1.
It is my intention that all '" y debts, funeral expenses, administrative
expenses are first paid or paid as quickly as my Executor deems proper.
II.
In the event I die, then I give and bequeath all the rest, residue,
remainder and entire estate unto my husband being the surviving spouse.
III.
In the event I predecease my husband or in the event that we both die
in a common diaster, then I give my entire estate in equal shares to share
and share alike, to the following:

(2) Rev, Sterling Knorr, 585 Overbrook Road, Johnson City, NY 13737
(3) Rev. Stewart Knorr, Binghamton, NY 13904

to act as Executor without posting bond or surety and if he refuses or is
unable to act, then I appoint David R. Dodd to act as Executor without bond
or surety.
