DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 24th day of September, 2015, upon consideration of the Petition
for Grant of Letters filed by Lisa C. Parvin and Melody A. Aikey for the above decedent
and the instrument offered for probate as the Last Will and Testament of Bonnie Kay
Mumma, which is dated August 3, 1988, and containing certain modifications thereon, the
Register of Wills having given consideration thereto, has made an official determination
regarding those modifications and renders the following decision:
IT IS DECREED upon proving the instrument by two witnesses, it shall be
admitted to probate as The Last Will and Testament of Bonnie Kay Mumma without ITEM
II which is not admitted as it has been obliterated.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary shall be issued Lisa C.
Parvin and Melody A. Aikey. They shall have all the rights and duties of fiduciaries under
the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate
according to law.
