AND NOW, this 24th day of September, 2015 , the
temporary guardianship order of March 13th, 2015 , is made
permanent . This decision is made based on the clear and
convincing evidence shown at the 6 month review hearing held on
the 24th of September, 2015 . The Court notes that there has been
no showing that Ms . Gouse has ever failed to pay her bills .
This action today is not a requirement that Ms . Gouse reside at
the Episcapal Home permanently if a more independent facility
becomes atTailable to her nor is this a preclusion from further
petition by any party, as appropriate, should Ms . Gouse ' s
condition change .
No further relief is granted at this time .
