PURSUANT TO 20 Pa.C.S.A. �6201, et seq
1. Regina D. Fedor("Decedent") died on May 9, 2015, leaving a Will dated October
29, 2013 which was admitted to probate by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania and Letters Testamentary thereon were granted to Gabriel Fedor on June 26, 2015.
2. Item II.0 of the Will gives to Ashley R. Mowery a one-half share in the remaining
principal and undistributed ir..come of the trust created for F.eginald .i. Fectar upon termination of
the trust.
3. Without receiving any compensation therefor, Ashley R. Mowery refuses the
devise and hereby irrevocably disclaims and renounces all claims to the same.
4. Ashley R. Mowery intends to deliver a copy of this Disclaimer to the personal
representative of decedent's estate and to file it with the Clerk of the Orphans' Court, Division of
the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, pursuant to 20 Pa.C.S.A
§6204.
