FINAL DECREE
AND NOW, this :; t"tday of May, 2005, upon consideration of the Petition for
Appointment of Guardian of Minor's Person, and of the hearing held thereon, and the
Court having made an investigation to verify the statements of the Petition, and other
facts to give the Court full knowledge as to the desirability of the proposed
guardianship; The Court, being satisfied, finds that the statements made in the Petition
are true, that the birth mother of the minor has been duly served with a copy of the
Petition and notice of the hearing, that the whereabouts of the putative birth father are
unknown to petitioners, that the birth mother of the minor has not entered of record any
objection to custody of the minor by petitioners, and that the welfare of the minor would
be promoted by this guardianship; IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Harvey R Hoover
and Lena S. Hoover, the petitioners herein, shall be and hereby are appointed
guardians of the person of Yadirah Shamsid-Deen, a minor under the age of 14 years,
until such time as the birth mother or putative birth father make application to the Court
and demonstrate that they are able and willing to care and provide proper care for the
minor and to meet the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs of the minor.
