AND NOW, thisV ei�fday of September, 2015, upon consideration of
Institutional Trustee M&T Bank's motion to (1) approve supplemental accounting,
(2) tax attorneys' fees, and (3) for approval of its resignation as trustee, and upon
consideration of the opposition thereto, the Motion is GRANTED in part and
DENIED in part as follows:
(1) M&T Bank's supplemental accounting and its first and partial
accounting filed June 26, 2013 are hereby approved and CONFIRMED;
(2) M&T Bank's motion for taxation of fees is DENIED at this time, without
prejudice to refile such a request following the outcome of a likely appeal
of this order, and;
(3) M&T Bank's request for approval of its resignation as Institutional
Trustee is hereby GRANTED.
