SOMERVILLE I, MERVIN M. SOMERVILLE, of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will and Testament and hereby revoke all prior Wills and Codicils. 1. I direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses, administrative expenses, and any inheritance tax which may be assessed shall be paid from my estate as soon as practicable after my death. It is my wish that upon my death, my body shall be buried at Woodlawn Cemetery, Woodlawn, Maryland. 2. In this, my Last Will and Testament, I am intentionally omi'TT my e rn wife, Sylvia Somerville, and my son Antoine M. Somerville. ? G� 3. I direct that all real property and all personal property that I own at'the--- time the--time of my death shall be given, devised, and bequeathed in accordance with the rn following: Co a) My property at 721 Gobin Drive, Carlisle, PA shall be given and devised to my daughter, Toshiko V. Silver. b) My property at 144 North Monastery Avenue, Baltimore, MD shall be given and devised to my son, Van Somerville. C) My property at 148 North Monastery Avenue, Baltimore, MD shall be given and devised to my nephew, Anthony L. Cunningham. In lieu of making my nephew, Ronnie Palmer, and my grandson, Clinton Silver, co-owners of the home, Anthony shall pay the sum of$5,000.00 to each of them at the time of filing the deed to transfer the property. Should Anthony be unable to pay$5,000.00 to both Ronnie and Page 1 of 6 Clinton, then they shall become co-owners of the house as joint tenants with right of survivorship. d) My property at 142 North Monastery Avenue, Baltimore, MD shall be given and devised to my granddaughter, Tashika Silver, and my grandson, Clinton Silver, in equal shares as tenants in common. e) All of my lots located in Baltimore, MD that I am currently collecting ground rent on, with the exception of any specific properties devised above, shall be given and devised to my daughter Toshiko V. Silver, and my grandson, Clinton Silver, in equal shares as joint tenants with right of survivorship. f) My two lots located on the 600 block of Epsworth Road, Littleton, Warren County,North Carolina, shall be given to my daughter, Toshiko V. Silver, my granddaughter, Tashika Silver, and my grandson, Clinton Silver, in equal shares as tenants in common. V / g) If I own my 1992 Mazda pickup truck at the time of my death, it shall be given to my nephew, Kevin Palmer. h) If I own my 2009 Nissan Altima at the time of my death, it shall be given to my grandson, Clinton Silver. i) If I own my 2013 Nissan Maxima at the time of my death, it shall be given to my daughter, Toshiko V. Silver. j) Twenty-five thousand and 00/100 ($25,000.00) dollars shall be given to my sister, Ella L. Cunningham. k) Ten thousand and 00/100 ($10,000.00) dollars shall be given to my sister, Clotilda L. Cameron. Page 2 of 6 1) Any Asbestos Fund checks that continue to come in my name or in the name of my estate shall be given to my daughter, Toshiko V. Silver, my granddaughter, Tashika Silver, and my grandson, Clinton Silver, in equal shares,per stirpes. m) Should any of the above gifts lapse,they shall become part of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate. 4. The rest, residue and remainder of my estate shall be given, devised, and bequeathed to my daughter, Toshiko V. Silver, my granddaughter, Tashika Silver, and my grandson, Clinton Silver, in equal shares,per stirpes. 5. I appoint my sister, Ella L. Cunningham, and my daughter, Toshiko V. Silver, as Co-Executrixes of this my Last Will and Testament. 6. The Executor or Executrix of this Will shall have the power to distribute my estate in cash or in kind, or partly in either. 7. 1 direct that no Executor or Executrix acting under this Will shall be required to enter bond in any jurisdiction. 8. I recommend that my Personal Representative retain the law firm of Allied Attorneys of Central Pennsylvania, L.L.C., to probate my estate.
