Having thereon erected a dwelling house known and numbered as 5 Grinnel Drive, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. The value of $49,900 was the fair market selling price under Agreement of Sale dated Hay 15, 1978 to Helen V. Apostolopoulos handled by Grandon Real Estate, Inc.
