Rinesmith, Sr, includi�g financial inCormation concerning the value of all assets titled
Richxrd D. Rinesmith, Sr, decedent and
D. I hereby waive my right to request and receive more specific informarion
concerning the value of any and aIL assets owned by Richard D. Rinesmith, Sr., decedcnt;

E. I fully and totally disclaim my intcrest in the Estate of Richard D. Rinesmith,
Sr.; and
F. As a result of fully and totally disclaiming my interesl in the Estate of Richard
D. Rinesmith, Sr., 1 undcrstand that I am waiving all of my rights to the entitlements,
interests and bequests afforded by the I.ast Will and�Pestament of Richard D. Rinesmith,
Sr. and in the Gstate of Richard D. Rinesmith, Sr., without funher heazing or�otice, and
Curther understand any and all of my intecest in the Estate of Richard D. Rinesmith, Sr.
will pass equally on[o his sons, 2ichacd D. Rinesmith, Jc and Steven R. Rinesmith, i�
accordancc with applicablc law; a�d

Rinesmith_ Sc. prior to exewtion of this Disclaimer; and
