ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 29th day of September, 2015, upon consideration of the Petition
To Authorize the Transfer of Guardianship from the State of Delaware to the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for Mary C. Uniatowski, and the Court noting that
Petitioner has not attached to the Petition, nor filed of record, the Order from the State of
Delaware granting the plenary guardianship, it is hereby ordered as follows:
(1)Petitioner is ordered to file a supplemental petition containing a copy of any
documents and orders from the State of Delaware granting the guardianship in
Delaware, including evidence of to whom the guardianship was granted
thereto; and
(2) A Rule is issued on all next of kin to the alleged incapacitated person to show
cause why the petition should not be granted; said responses to the Rule to be
filed with this Court within 20 days of the date of this Order; and
(3) Counsel on behalf of Petitioner is ordered to provide service, via certified,
first-class mail, return receipt requested, on all next of kin, and provide proof
of such to this court.
