STONE, of the Borough of Lemoyne, County of Cumber- land and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind and memory, do here- by make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any former Wills or testamentary dispositions heretofore made. I. I give all the furniture and household goods in my resident to my wife, EMILY STONE, if she survives me. In this connection, it should be noted that the writing desk is the property of my son, Charles H. Stone. II. 1 give and bequeath to my wife, EMILY STONE, the sum of Twenty-five Thousand ($25,000.00) Dollars in cash if she survives me by thirty days. III. I direct my Executor to pay to my wife, EMILY STONE, the sum of Three Hundred Fifty ($350.00) Dollars per month for and during the term of her natural life. The said payment is in discharge of my obligation under a certain Antenuptial Agreement dated July 10, 1962. IV. I further direct my Executor to pay to my wife, EMILY STONE, an additional sum of One Hundred Fifty ($150.00) Dollars per month for and during the term of her natural life. This paragraph is in further compliance with my obligations under the aforesaid Antenuptial Agreement. V. My Executor may at his discretion discharge the obligations set forth in Items III and IV by purchasing an anniuty for the benefit of my said wife or by otherwise providing for the said monthly payments by means of a lump sum distribution or other arrangement. VI. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate I give, devise and bequeath to my son, CHARLES H. STONE, if he survives me. If he does not survive me, then I give my estate to the children of my son, Charles H. Stone, in equal shares, share and share alike. VII. I appoint DAUPHIN DEPOSIT TRUST COMPANY, of Harrisburg, Pennsyl- vania, guardian of any property which passes either under this will or other- wise to a minor and with respect to which I am authorized to appoint a guardian and have not otherwise specifically done so, provided that this appointment of a guardian shall not supersede the right of any fiduciary in its discretion to distribute a share where possible to the minor or to another for the minor's benefit. Such guardian shall have the power to use principal as well as income from time to time for the minor's support and education (including college education, both graduate and undergraduate) without regard to his or her parent's ability to provide for such support and education, or to make payment for these purposes, without further responsibility, to the minor or to the minor's parent or to any person taking care of the minor.
