previously made by me.
1 . I direct that all of my legal debts, un��� funeral expenses
and the costs of administration of my estate � e paid as soon as
practicable after my death. I direct that my js:x.ecutor pay out of
my estate, as a general charge thereon, all �11��eritance, estate,
succession and other taxes, together with aray i��iterest or penalty
thereon assessed by reason of my death wi.�:h reqard to all
properties and assets subject to such taxes, w��ether or not such
property and assets pass under this Will.
2. I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate, real ,
personal or mixed, tangible or intangible, a� �ariatsoever kind and
wheresoever situated, together with any prapexty to which I may

during or after my lifetime, to VALERIE E. Sh�E;FFER, my beloved
