Notary Public, in and for said Commonwealth and County, John M.
Eakin, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Maxine V. Krape,
deceased, who being duly sworn according to law, deposes and states
that the foregoing Schedule of Proposed Distribution of the net
assets of the Estate of Maxine V. Drape, deceased, is made in
accordance with the provisions of decedent's Will and the Laws
of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania applicable thereto, that the
same is a correct distribution of the net assets of said
decedent's estate.
