I, Glenn R Famer, of 37 Sunset Drive, Mechanicsburg, Cwnberlatit
County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory, and
understanding, do hereby make, publish, and declare this to be my Last Will
and Testament and hereby revoke all other Wills and Codicils, if any, that I
have made.
din!: I direct that all my just debts and the expenses of my last
illness and funeral shall be paid from the assets of my estate as soon as
practicable after my decease.
I authorize my personal representative to expend funds from my
estate, in such amounts, as my personal representative shall consider
necessary and desirable, for the disposition of my remains in accordance
with the instructions I have provided to my Executor/Executrix.
0fMamd I give, devise, and bequeath all of my real property, including
but not limited to, the real property located at 37 Sunset Drive,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, together with all buildings thereon and all
rights and easements appurtenant thereto, to:
my wife, Virginia W. Famer, of 37 Sunset Drive, Mechanicsburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and my daughter, Glenda Famer-
Strasbaugh, 12 Shoemaker Lane, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, in equal parts, if they shall survive me, for their use during their
lives, without bond and without liability for waste; provided, however that
my wife and daughter shall maintain adequate property insurance thereon
and shall pay all insurance premiums, re~ estate taxes, assessments and
mortgage interest and principle, and shall maintain and keep the premises in
good repair. Upon the death of both my wife, Virginia W. Famer, and my
daughter, Glenda Famer-Strasbaugh, I give that property to my
granddaughter, Mary Elizabeth Strasbaugh, in fee simple.

daughter, Glenda Famer-Strasbaugh and son-in-law, Robert Timothy
Strasbaugh upon my death. '

~ I give, devise, and bequeath all the tools, farm implements,
and equipment that are owned by me to my son-in-law, Robert Timothy
Strasbaugh, for his use and for the use of maintaining good husbandry of 37
Sunset Drive, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
cf!!iJt: I give, devise and bequeath $10,000 to my granddaughter, Mary
Elizabeth Strasbaugh. .
0fJWtlt. I give, devise, and bequeath all the rest, residue, and remainder
of my Estate, of whatever nature and wherever situate, in equal parts to my
wife, Virginia W. Farner and my daughter, Glenda Farner-Strasbaugh, so
long as she shall survive me by thirty (30) days. If my wife and my daughter
fail to survive me by thirty days, I give, devise, and bequeath all the rest,
residue and remainder of my Estate to my granddaughter, Mary Elizabeth
Strasbaugh.
0fkmmtJr. All interests of any beneficiary in the income or principal of
this Estate, while undistributed and in the possession of my
Executor/Executrix and Trustee, even though vested and distributable, shall
not be subject to attachment, execution or sequestration for any debt,
contract, obligation or liability of any beneficiary and, furthermore, shall not.
be subject to pledg~, assignment, conveyance, or anticipation.
~ AU inheritance, estate, and succession taxes (including interest
and any penalties thereon) payable by reason of my death shall be paid out of
and be charged generally against the principal of my residuary estate without
reimbursement from any person.
CK-11I1It: I direct that my 'body shall be prepared for a viewing to be
performed by Hollinger Funeral Services and thereafter be cremated and the
ashes shall be provided to my executrix for interment. The expenses thereof
shall be reimbursed out of my Estate as a funeral expense.
~ I nominate, constitute, and appoint my daughter Glenda Farner-
Strasbaugh, as Executrix of this, my Last Will and Testament. In the event
of the renunciation, death, resignation, or inability of my daughter, Glenda
Farner-Strasbaugh, to act for whatever reason in this capacity, then I
nominate, constitute, and appoint my son-in-law, Robert Timothy
Strasbaugh, of 12 Shoemaker Lane, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament. '
I direct that no representative named above shall be required to post
security for the faithful performance of his/her duties in any jurisdiction
insofar as I am able by law to relieve him/her of such obligation. Any of my
representatives shall be entided to reasonable compensation for the
performance of the duties set forth herein.
