I.ASTWILI. AND TESTAMENT
I, OLIVE B. MYERS, of I.emoyne, County of Cumberland
and State of Pennsylvania, do make, publish and declare this
to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making
void any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: I direct the payment of all my just debts
and funeral expenses as soon after my death as may be con-
venient to my Executrix hereinafter named.
'SECOND:,-c-I give,'.devise"and bequeatho'al-I-of-my -
estate, real, personal and mixed, unto my husband, CHARLES.

In the event that my said husband shall predecease
me, or that we shall die in the same accident, then in either
of such events, I hereby give, devise and bequeath all of my
estate, real, personal and mixed. to be shared equally, unto
my sisters. CHARLOTTE D. DARR and EDITH E. DICK.
THIRD: I nominate and appoint my niece. NAOMI D.
WALKER, Executrix of this, my Will.
