I, ANNE P. ROBBINS, a resident of Apartment 601, 824 Lisburn Road, Camp
Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this instrument to be my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM I: I direct my hereinafter named CoExecutors to pay all my just debts,
funeral expenses, administration expenses and inheritance, estate, succession or excise taxes,
which I owe or may become due on account of my death, as soon as may be convenient after my
decease.
ITEM II: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, be it real, personal or
mixed, of whatever nature and wheresoever situate which I may own or have the right to dispose
of at the time of my decease I give, devise and bequeath to be divided equally between the
following two charitable organizations:
A. Deer Meadows, formerly the Baptist Home, of 8301 Roosevelt Blvd.,
Philadelphia, P A.
B. The Woods at Cedar Run, 824 Lisburn Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011
1. If either of the above-named charitable organization would no longer
be in existence at the time of my decease, then such share shall pass to the above-named charitable
organization that remains in existence at the time of my decease.

ITEM IV: It is my desire and request that no portion of my estate pass to any of
my relatives.
ITEM V: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Ruth M. Enloe, M. Neil
Enloe, both of 506 East Winding Hill Road, Mechanicsburg, P A 17055, Charles A. Stigelman and
Ora Stigelman, both of 50 East King Highway, Mt. Ephraim, NJ 08059, CoExecutors of this my
Last Will and Testament, with full power in their discretion to do any and all things necessary for
the complete administration of my estate, without being required to file bond for the performance
of their duties, with full power to sell at public or private sale and without order of court any real
or personal property belonging to my estate, and to compound, compromise or otherwise settle
or adjust any and all claims, charges, debts and demands whatsoever against or in favor of my
estate as fully as I could if living.

Dear Mr Etzweiler:
This is in response to your request for an extension of time to file the Inheritance Tax Return for
the above estate.
In accordance with Section 2136 (d) of the Inheritance and Estate Tax Act of 1995, the time for
filing the return is extended for an additional period of six months. This extension will avoid the
imposition of a penalty for failure to make a timely return. However, it does not prevent interest from
accruing on any tax remaining unpaid after the delinquent date.
The return must be filed with the Register of Wills on or before July 29,2002. Because Section
2136 (d) of the 1995 Act allows for only one extra period of six (6) months, no additional extension( s)
will be granted that would exceed the maximum time permitted.

understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this instrument to be my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM I: I direct my hereinafter named CoExecutors to pay all my just debts,
funeral expenses, administration expenses and inheritance, estate, succession or excise taxes,
which I owe or may become due on account of my death, as soon as may be convenient after my
decease.
ITEM II: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, be it real, personal or

I, ANNE P. ROBBINS, a resident of Apartment 601, 824 Lisburn Road, Camp
Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this instrument to be my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM I: I direct my hereinafter named CoExecutors to pay all my just debts,
funeral expenses, administration expenses and inheritance, estate, succession or excise taxes,
which I owe or may become due on account of my death, as soon as may be convenient after my
decease.
ITEM II: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, be it real, personal or
mixed, of whatever nature and wheresoever situate which I may own or have the right to dispose
of at the time of my decease I give, devise and bequeath to be divided equally between the
following two charitable organizations:
A. Deer Meadows, formerly the Baptist Home, of 8301 Roosevelt Blvd.,
Philadelphia, P A.
B. The Woods at Cedar Run, 824 Lisburn Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011
1. If either of the above-named charitable organization would no longer
be in existence at the time of my decease, then such share shall pass to the above-named charitable

ITEM IV: It is my desire and request that no portion of my estate pass to any of
my relatives.
ITEM V: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Ruth M. Enloe, M. Neil
Enloe, both of 506 East Winding Hill Road, Mechanicsburg, P A 17055, Charles A. Stigelman and
Ora Stigelman, both of 50 East King Highway, Mt. Ephraim, NJ 08059, CoExecutors of this my
Last Will and Testament, with full power in their discretion to do any and all things necessary for
the complete administration of my estate, without being required to file bond for the performance
of their duties, with full power to sell at public or private sale and without order of court any real
or personal property belonging to my estate, and to compound, compromise or otherwise settle
or adjust any and all claims, charges, debts and demands whatsoever against or in favor of my
estate as fully as I could if living.
