REAL ESTATE
All that certain tract of land situate in the Borough of New Cumberland,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being 19 feet of Lot #25 and all of Lot
1/26, Block E as shown on Plan recorded in Deed Book "N", Vol. 5, page 500
known as 709 Second Street, sold to Robert D. Brickner and Karen L. Brickne
his wife, for $25,000.00. For title into the decedent see Deed Book "C",
Vol. 9, page 119 and Deed Book "C", Vol. 9, page 122. $25,000 00.
All that certain tract of land situate in Fairview Township, York County,
Pennsylvania on Winona Drive containing .914 acres sold to James E. Heck,
Sr. and Emma J. Heck, his wife, for $500.00. This is the remainder of the
premises conveyed to the decedent in York County Record Book 34~C, p~ge 49. 500 00
