I, PAULINE HUMMEL,,_of New Cumberland" Cumberland County, Penn- sylvania declare this to be my last Will, hereby revoking any and all prior wills and Codicils. ITEM I. I give, bequeath and devise all of my estate, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate, unto my son, Ellis Eugene Hummel, or his issue, per stirpes. It is my intention to thus exercise any power of appointment vested in me under the terms of the trust created by my late husband, Ellis Hummel. ITEM II. No interest of any beneficiary under this Will, or any Codicil hereto, shall be subject to anticipation, or volun- tary or involuntary alienation. ITEM III.
