Plank, of the Borough of Camp Hill, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all Wills by me heretofore made. FIRST: I. direct my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my Co-Executors, hereinafter named, as soon as possible after my decease. SECOND: I give and bequeath the sum of Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars to my sister, Bessie A. Plank. Should my sister, Bessie A. Plank, predecease me, then I direct that the bequest shall become part of the residue of my estate as hereinafter set forth. THIRD: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whether real; personal or mixed, I direct shall be converted into cash by my Co- Executors, hereinafter named, and distribution of same be made as follows: A. One-Third (1/3) thereof I give and bequeath to my son, George H. Plank. B. One-Third (1/3) thereof I give and bequeath to my daughter, Gladys W. Worley. C. One-Third (1/3) thereof I give and bequeath to my daughter, June E. Sheaffer. FOURTH: !vIy personal representatives shall have the following powers in addition to those vested in them by law and by other provisions of my Will, applicable to all property, whether principal or income, exercisable without court approval and effective until actual distribution of all property: A. To retain any or all of the assets of my estate,. real or personal, without regard to any principle of diversification, ~ risk or productivity. B. To sell at public or private sale any real or personal property for such prices and upon such terms or conditions as they deem proper. C. To compromise any claim or controversy. D.
