1. Probate of the above-referenced Estate was completed on
April 28, 2005.
2. All probate documents presented incorrectly spelled the
last name of Ruth C. Mennig, as Ruth C. Menning.
3. Please correct the records to reflect the correct
spelling of the last name of the Decedent as "Mennig".

"Mennig".
