PETITION FIXING ADDITIONAL SECURITY
TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
AND NOW COMES, CHESTER F. HUNTER, JR., Administratar .of
the Estate .of Rachel A. Hunter, Deceased, thraugh his attarney,
WM. A. KRAMER, 2ND, and. files this petitian ta Fix Additianal
Security, .of which the fallawing is a statement:
1. That Rachel A. Hunter, residing at 319 Narth West
Street, Carlisle, Cumberland Caunty, Pennsylvania, died intestate
an February 21, 1974.
2. That Letters .of Administratian were granted ta yaur
Petitianer an April 18, 1978, by the Register of Wills .of Cumberland
Caunty, Pennsylvania.
3. That security has been entered by yaur :petitianer
with the Register .of Wills in the sum .of $1,00.0 with Aetna Life
and Casualty Campany as Surety an the Band. That such security
was entered an April 10, 1978, and renewed an April 4, 1979.
4. That there isna knawn persanal praperty .of value in
the Estate, and na real estate has been saId previausly,
5. That the decedent died siezed .of a parcel .of real
estate located at 319 Narth West Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, cansisting .of a frame raw hause with frantage .of 15
feet an West Narth Street and extending an even width a distance .of
100. feet; See Deed Baak "P", Valume 15, Page 155.

6. That your Petitioner has entered into a contract to
sell the aforesaid parcel of real estate to Howard and Ruth Ivy of
323 North Pitt Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania for the sum of
$16,000.00.
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner prays your Honorable Court to
enter a decree requiring the entry of additional security in such
amount as the Court may determine, upon the entry of which your
Petitioner to have authority to receive the proceeds of the sale
of the aforesaid premises.
