I, PAULINE Y. GREEN, of Camp Hill, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory, and
understanding, do hereby make, publish, and declare this to be
my Last Will and Testament and hereby revoke all other Wills and
Codicils, if any, that I have made.
FIRST:
I direct that my body be buried in the military
park at Fort Indiantown Gap in the plot to which my husband,
MEADE E. GREEN, JR. is entitled by reason of his military
service.
SECOND:
I give, devise and bequeath all of my Estate,
of whatever nature and wherever situate, to my husband, MEADE E.
GREEN, JR., of Camp Hill, pennsylvania, so long as he shall
survive me by thirty (30) days.
THIRD:
Should my husband fail to survive me by thirty
(30) days, I give, devise, and bequeath all of my Estate, of
whatever nature and wherever situate, in equal shares, to my
sons, MEADE E. GREEN, III, of Enola, Pennsylvania, and RONALD
LEE GREEN, of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, so long as each shall
survive me by thirty (30) days. Should either of my sons fail
to survive me by thirty (30) days, but be represented by
children then living, then these children shall take, ~
stirpes, the share to which my son would have been entitled if
then living.

Every effort has been made to conform to FNMA & FHlMC guidelines, and in most cases, an even stricter interpretation of
guidelines found common to most investors in the secondary market. Since every property can not be compared to "ideal"
sales, the appraiser must choose sales from the market search which meet investor underwriting standards and guidelines
established by the professional association of which the appraiser is affiliated.
The appraisal has been completed without the benefit of a complete legal description. The size and shape of the lot have
been determined from information obtained from tax maps, available plot plans, multi-list services, developers plans, and/or
surveys. lot and block numbers are not commonly available in this area. A title search, which Is beyond the scope of this
appraisal, is generally necessary to determine lot and block numbers, plan book pages, adverse easements,
encroachments, deed restrictions and/or special assessments. Without a full title search, the estimated value stated herein
could be adversely affected, if at a later date any adverse conditions are discovered.
The appraiser is not an expert in the environmental sciences. The appraiser is not aware of the existence of RADON GAS
and/or RADON DAUGHTERS, lEAD BASE PAINTS, lEAD IN THE PLUMBING FIXTURES AND PIPES, ASBESTOS,
UREA-FORMAlDAHIDE FOAM INSULATION, SICK BUilDING SYNDROME, PETROLEUM lEAKAGE, AGRICULTURAL
CHEMICALS, OR OTHER HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES, and does not possess the knowledge or equipment necessary to
test for such items. If testing by qualified technicians indicates unacceptable levels of any hazardous substance or
condition, the appraised value may be adversely affected or voided.
Digital photographs have been used in preparing this appraisal report. The photographs have not been retouched, air
brushed or altered in in any form. Occasionally, it is necessary to enhance the photographs to compensate for lighting
conditions. This usually occurs in bright sunlight that casts deep shadows. The actual photograph is not altered but is
lightened to allow the reader of the report to see objects in the photographs more clearly.
Digital maps are used in preparing appraisal reports. The mapping program automatically determines the location of the
subject property and the comparables sales, determines the distance between the subject and the comparable sales and
automatically places the distances in the appropriate place on the appraisal form. The actual placement of the subject and
comparables may be exact, but are close enough to allow the reader to find the properties within one-tenth of a mile of the
actual location.
Digital floor plans are used in appraisal reports as necessary. Exterior dimensions are to scale and are based on actual field
measurements. Interior details may not be complete and are not to scale. They are provided only to help the reader
visualize the interior of the p'roperty and the general layout of the home. The program calculates the square footage of the
home based on the exterior dimensions and places the results in the proper sections of the report. All calculations are

I, PAULINE Y. GREEN, of Camp Hill, Cumberland County,
pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory, and
understanding, do hereby make, publish, and declare this to be
my Last will and Testament and hereby revoke all other wills and
Codicils, if any, that I have made.
FIRST: I direct that my body be buried in the military
park at Fort Indiantown Gap in the plot to which my husband,
MEADE E. GREEN, JR. is entitled by reason of his military
service.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all of my Estate,
of whatever nature and wherever situate, to my husband, MEADE E.
GREEN, JR., of Camp Hill, pennsylvania, so long as he shall
survive me by thirty (30) days.
THIRD: Should my husband fail to survive me by thirty
(30) days, I give, devise, and bequeath all of my Estate, of
whatever nature and wherever situate, in equal shares, to my
sons, MEADE E. GREEN, III, of Enola, pennsylvania, and RONALD
LEE GREEN, of Camp Hill, pennsylvania, so long as each shall
survive me by thirty (30) days. Should either of my sons fail
to survive me by thirty (30) days, but be represented by
children then living, then these children shall take, ~
stirpes, the share to which my son would have been entitled if
then living.
~
FOURTH: If any portion of my Estate shall be payable to
a beneficiary who is less than eighteen (18) years of age, my
Executor may pay such share to the parent, legal guardian, or
other person maintaining said minor or may deposit such share in
the minor's name in a savings account in a savings institution
of the Executor's choosing, payable to the minor at majority.
FIFTH: All interests of any beneficiary in the income
or principal of this Estate, while undistributed and in the
possession of my Executor, even though vested and distributable,
shall not be sUbject to attachment, execution or sequestration
for any debt, contract, obligation or liability of any
beneficiary and, furthermore, shall not be subject to pledge,
assignment, conveyance, or anticipation.
SIXTH: All inheritance, estate, and succession taxes
(including interest and any penalties thereon) payable by reason
of my death shall be paid out of and be charged generally
against the principal of my residuary estate without
reimbursement from any person.
SEVENTH: I nominate, constitute, and appoint my
Husband, MEADE E. GREEN, JR. as Executor of this, my Last Will
and Testament. In the event of the renunciation, death,
resignation, or inability of MEADE E. GREEN, JR. to act for
whatever reason in this capacity, then I nominate, constitute,
and appoint my sons, MEADE E. GREEN, III, and RONALD LEE GREEN,
as Co-Executors of this, my Last will and Testament.
I direct that no representative named above shall be

required to post security for the faithful performance of his
duties in any jurisdiction insofar as I am able by law to
relieve him of such obligation. Any of my representatives shall
be entitled to reasonable compensation for the performance of
the duties set forth here.

APPROVAL OF ACCOUNT, WAIVER, RECEIPT,
RELEASE AND AGREEMENT OF INDEMNITY
The circumstances leading up to the execution of this instrument are as follows:
1. Pauline Y. Green died on May 9, 2001, leaving a Will dated March 21, 1988,
naming Meade E. Green, III and Ronald Lee Green as Co-Executors.
2. Letters Testamentary were granted to Meade E. Green, III and Ronald Lee Green
by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County on May 23, 2001.
3. It is the desire of the Green heirs that the Estate be distributed without the formality
of a court proceeding in order to save the expense, publicity, and delay incident to such court
proceeding, and the Co-Executors are willing to make such distribution upon the execution of
this instrument.
4. An account of the administration of the Estate of Pauline Y. Green has been
prepared by the Co-Executors. A copy is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
5. In consideration of the foregoing, each of the undersigned hereby:
A. Represents and warrants that he has read and understands this instrument
and that the facts set forth above are true and correct to the best of his knowledge, information
and belief;

B. Declares that he has examined the attached account of the administration of
the Estate and the attached schedule of distribution; that he finds them to be true and correct in
all particulars; that he accepts and approves them as if they had been duly filed, audited,
adjudicated and confirmed absolutely by the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common
Pleas of Cumberland County, and as if the amounts shown as distributable had been duly
awarded to him;
C . Waives the filing and auditing of the account of the administration of the
Estate in the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County,
and agrees that the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland
County may by its decree confirm the account and approve the schedule of distribution;
D. Requests the Co-Executors to make distribution of the principal and income
in accordance with the schedule of distribution, and effective upon delivery to him of the
amounts shown as respectively distributable, acknowledges receipt of such property;
E. Agrees to refund to the Co-Executors any amount which may at any time be
determined to have been an erroneous distribution to him, regardless of the cause of such
erroneous distribution, even if attributable to negligence, and agrees that any period for the
limitation of actions for the collection of any erroneous distribution shall commence only at
such time as the Executor shall have obtained actual knowledge of such erroneous distribution
and that in no event shall the period for collection of any erroneous distribution be less than
two years after the actual discovery thereof;
F. Absolutely and irrevocably remises, releases, quitclaims and forever
discharges Meade E. Green, III and Ronald Lee Green, individually and in their capacity as

Co- Executors, from any and all actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, liabilities,
claims and demands relating in any way to the administration of the Pauline Y. Green Estate;
G. Agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, to the extent of the funds received
by him/her hereunder, Meade E. Green, III and Ronald Lee Green, individually and in his
capacity as Co-Executors, from and against any and all claims, loss, liability or damage
(including legal fees and costs in connection therewith) which he may suffer or to which he
may be subjected by reason of his administration of the Estate, the settlement of his Executor's
account and the distribution of the assets of the Estate without having the formal approval of
the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, including,
but not limited to, any liability for any federal estate tax, Pennsylvania inheritance tax or any
other death taxes, together with interest and costs incidental thereto, relating in any way to the
Estate; and
H. Declares it to be his intention that this instrument, consisting of three pages,
shall be governed by the law of Pennsylvania and shall be legally binding as an agreement
under seal upon him and upon his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns.
