FIRST: I direct that my body be buried in the military park at Fort Indiantown Gap in the plot to which my husband, MEADE E. GREEN, JR. is entitled by reason of his military service. SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all of my Estate, of whatever nature and wherever situate, to my husband, MEADE E. GREEN, JR., of Camp Hill, pennsylvania, so long as he shall survive me by thirty (30) days. THIRD: Should my husband fail to survive me by thirty (30) days, I give, devise, and bequeath all of my Estate, of whatever nature and wherever situate, in equal shares, to my sons, MEADE E. GREEN, III, of Enola, Pennsylvania, and RONALD LEE GREEN, of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, so long as each shall survive me by thirty (30) days. Green died on May 9, 2001, leaving a Will dated March 21, 1988, naming Meade E. Green, III and Ronald Lee Green as Co-Executors. 2. Letters Testamentary were granted to Meade E.
