of my nephews and nieces.The remainder of my property,consting of real
estate,casll and personal belonginGS I leave to be divided equallJ bet~een
my motlJer Sarah Goldsteib,my father Eli GOldstein,and my brother ~illiam
Goldstein.If at tne time of mJ death,all of these persons do not survive
Ine,my estate shall be divided equally between the remaining survivors.
If at the time of my'death,none of these survive me,my estate shnll be
divided between my boother Louis Goldstein and my sister Mrs.TInrry J.
