, 1978, upon consideration of the annexed
petition The Seamen's Bank for Savings of 30 Wall Street, New York, New York is
hereby authorized and directed to distribute to Geoffrey A. Peet the entire current
balance including all accrued interest in savings accounts numbers C 10,086 registered
in the name of Albert Horvath in trust for Lisa Marie Peet and C 10,087 registered in
~he name of Albert Horvath in trust for Kenneth Albert Peet, without the appointment
of a guardian or the entry of security; and
"GEOFFREY A. PEET is hereby directed to deposit the proceeds from each of
the above numbered accounts in two savings accounts or savings certificates in the
names of the above said minorsin a bank, building and loan association, or savings
and loan association, insured by a federal governmental agency, providing that the
amount deposited in anyone savings institution shall not exceed the amount to which
accounts are thus insured; and
NO WITHDRAWALS shall be made from either of the above referenced accounts
until the above referenced minors attain majority, except as' authorized by prior
order of the court; and
A COPY of this court order shall be kept of record at each savings institution
with the account.

PETITION FOR DISTRIBUTION OF MINORS' ESTATE WITHOUT GUARDIAN UNDER PROBATE, ESTATES
AND FIDUCIARIES CODE SECTION 5101
TO THE HONORABLE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Geoffrey A. Peet for distribution of the estates of his minor children,
Lisa'Marie Peet, and Kenneth Albert Peet, without appointment of guardian or the entry of
security under the provisions of Section 5101 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries
Code respectfully represents that:

Petitioner resides at 1807 Sterretts Gap Avenue, Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, and Petitioner is the father of Lisa Marie Peet', a minor aged 10 born

on July 20, 1967, and of Kenneth Albert Peet, a minor aged 9 born February 23, 1969.

Petitioner's wife, andm6ther of the above named minor children, is Alice M.Peet

who also resides at 1807 Sterretts Gap Avenue, Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.

Petitioner and his wife are the natural guardians of the above named minor children
who are under their care, supervision and custody.

On July'22, 1977, Albert Horvath of Woodside, Queens County, New York, died in the
state of New York.

At the time of his death, Albert Horvath had registered in his name two tentative
trust savings accounts in the Seamen's Bank for Savings at 30 Wall Street, New York,
New York, which accounts were of the following numbers, names and presently contain
a balance of the following sums:

Account No. C 10,087
Albert Horvath in trust for Lisa MariePeet $6,992.22
Albert Horvath in trust for Kenneth Albert Peet $6,992.22'

All state inheritance taxes due the state of New York on the above referenced accounts
have been paid as indicated by the waiver notices, copies of which are ,attached hereto
as Exhibit 1.

Petitioner is not aware that either 'his daughter, Lisa Marie Peet, or his son,
Kenneth Albert Peet, has any other estate, real or personal, other than,as surviving
beneficiary of the above described tentative trust so that the entire real and personal
estate, wherever~located, of
