TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
AND NOW, this 20th day of @ctober, 1987, comes your
objectors, Robert W. Roland, Jr., Chbistine A. Roland, and David

G. Roland, by and through their attorney, Robert B. MacIntyre,
and file the following objections to the account of the Common-
wealth National Bank, the administratrix of the the estate of
Robert W. Roland, Sr., filed on or aJout September 14, 1987.

1. Objectors are the decedent's only helrs at law.
2. Objector particularly dbjects to the following
items on the grounds that they are eJorbitant.
A. Administrator's feJ of $28,250.00.

WHEREFORE, objectors request that the account, as
submitted, not be confirmed and that the Commonwealth National
Bank be directed to render a true account of its administration
within 45 days from the date of this Court's Order.

jurisdiction of this Court and their verification cannot be
obtained within the time permitted.

of decedent's estate, I have sufficient information, know-
ledge and belief to aver that the stltements made in the
foregoing Object to Account are true and correct to the
penalties of 18 Pa. C.S. ~4904 relating to unsworn falsi-
fication to authorities.
