ALL that certain tract or parcel of land situate in Lower Allen Town-
ship, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly line of Kent Drive, which point
is six hundred thirty-five (635) feet East of the East end of the arc
connecting Kent Drive and Letchworth Drive; thence along the same I
South thirty-six (36) degrees thirty (30) minutes East one hundred I
twenty-one and sixty-four hundredths (121.64) feet to a point on the
Northwesterly line of Lot No. 28 on said Plan; thence along the same
South twenty-eight (28) degrees twelve (12) minutes West sixty-six an~
thirty-six hundredths (66.36)feet to a point on the Easterly line of I
Lot No.3 on.said Plan; thence along the same North thirty-six (36)
degrees thirty (30) minutes West one hundred fifty (150) feet to the
point of beginning.

ment, which Plan is recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder's

his wife, by their deed dated August 21, 1969 and recorded on August
