AND FIRST: I hereby order and direct that the costs of settle- ment of my estate, the medical and funeral expenses, my just debts and all the inheritance, estate, transfer and succession tax or taxes due on my entire estate be paid out of the residue of my estate as soon as may conveniently be ,after my decease. It is my command that all federal or Pennsylvania Inheritance or estate taxes on any jointly held property be paid out of the residue of my estate. .._~~- SECOND: I hereby order and direct my Executors, hereinafter named, to sell-my'home-property-in-cumberland County, Pennsylvania, either at public or private sale, at whatever price and on whatever terms they may deem wise, hereby giving them full power and authority to execute and deliver the necessary deed or deeds for the valid trans- fer of the title thereto, and to collect the purchase price therefore, without liability on the part of the purchaser or purchasers to See to the application of the purchase money. In the event of a sale of the said real property, the proceeds therefrom shall be co~sidered as personal property and shall be distributed as hereinafter provided. Thirty-five (35%) Percent unto my grand-daughter, Barbara Tracy, Haymarket, Virginia. B. Thirty-five (35%) Percent unto my grandson, Timothy 'Myers, Camp Hill, Penna. C. Ten (10%) Percent unto my grandson, Carl Myers, Camp Hill, Pa. D. Ten (10%) Percent unto my grandson, Scott Myers, Camp Hill, Pa. E. , Ten (10%) Percent unto my grandson, Robert Myers, Camp Hill, Pa. ; SIXTH: If 'any of 'my said grandchildren should precedease me surv~ved by natural or adopted children, I give the share of such deceased child unto such natural or adopted children in equal shares, per stirpes. If either Barbara Tracy or Timothy Myers should predecease me not survived by children then I give the share of such deceased grandchild unto the other.
