STATEMENT OF PROPOSED DISTRIBUTION BY JENNIE M. BRANDT AND KERMIT
E. GEPHART, EXECUTORS UNDER THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF GEORGE
GEPHART, LATE OF SOUTH MIDDLETON TOWNSHIP, CUMBERLAND COUNTY,
PENNSYLVANIA, DECEASED.
JENNIE M. BRANDT AND KERMIT E. GEPHART, Executors of the Last Will
and Testament of George Gephart, Deceased, propose to distribute
the balance in their hands, to wit: $60,654.84, in accordance
with the said Last Will and Testament as heretofore filed in the
Office of the Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
as follows:
1. TO: JENNIE M. BRANDT,
per Item I of said Will

B. An undivided one-fourth interest in the
real estate at 229 Pine Road, South
Middleton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, which remains unsold at
the time of the filing of this Account
and Statement

2. TO: GEORGE D. GEPHART,
per Item I of said Will
A. Cash
B. An undivided one-fourth interest in the
real estate at 229 Pine Road, South
Middleton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, which remains unsold at
