Dear Mr. McLane:
We enclose a check of the estate of Eleanor T. McCombe
in payment of additional Inheritance Tax on transfers shown on
Schedule C. The estate has determined the additional cost in
proving those transfers were not in contemplation of death would
exceed the amount of the tax due, and is therefore remitting the same.
