l. Plaintiff is CITIMORTGAGE INC. F/K/A PRINCIPAL RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE INC.. PO Box
9481, Mail Code: 22-528-1011 Gaithersburg, MD 20898-9481.
2. The names and addresses ofthc Dcfendants arc JOHN D. LONG. 3001 Maytrcd Lane, Camp Hill, PA
17011 and ANNA K. LONG, 3001 Mayti'cd Lanc, Camp Hill, I' A 17011, who are the mortgagors and
rcal owners of the mortgagcd premises hereinafter described.
3. On October 31,1996 mOligagors madc, executed and delivcred a mortgage upon the premises
hereinafter described to FIRST NA TIONA!. MORTGAGE CORP.. which mortgage is recorded in the
Ot1iee of the Recorder of Deeds ofCumherJand County as Book 1350 Page 432. The mortgage has been
assigned to: C!TIMORTGAGE INC. F/K/A PRINCIPAL RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE INC. by
Assignment of Mortgage dated December 16, 1996 as Book 536 Page J063. The Mortgage and
Assignment(s) are matters of public record and are incorporated by this reference in accordance with
Pennsylvania Rule of Civil Procedure 10 19(9) which Rule relieves the Plaintiff trom its obligation to
attach documents to pleadings if those documents are matters of public record.
4. The Property subject to the Mortgage is more fully described in the legal description set forth as Exhibit
"A".
5. The mortgage is in default because monthly payment of principal and interest upon said mortgage due
October 01, 2004, and each month thereafter are due and unpaid, and by the terms of said mortgage,
upon default in such payments for a period of one month, the entire principal balance and all interest due
thereon are collectible forthwith.
6. The following amounts are due on the mortgage:

Reasonable Attorney's Fee
If the Mortgage is reinstated prior to a Sheriff s Sale the

are in conformity with the Mortgage and Pennsylvania
law. Plaintiff reserves its right to collect Attorney's fees
of up to 5% of the remaining principal balance ($3,918.20)
in the event the Property is sold to a third party purchaser
at Sheriffs Sale or if the complexity ofthe action requires
additional fees in excess of the amount demanded in the
Action.

liability that was discharged in Bankruptcy. but only to foreclose the Mortgage and sell the Property
pursuant to Pennsylvania law.
8. The within mortgage is insured by the Federal Housing Administration under Title II ofthe National
Housing Act and, as such, is not subject to the provisions of Pennsylvania Act No. 91 of 1983.
WHEREFORE, Plaintitf demands a dc terris judgment in mortgage foreclosure in the sum of $87, I 00.55,
together with interest at the rate 01'$ 1 8.79, per day and other expenses ineUlTed by the Plaintiff which are
properly chargeable in accordance with the terms of the Mortgage and Pennsylvania law, and for the foreclosure
of the Mortgage and Sherifl's Sale of the Property.
