We are enclosing herewith the originals of all papers on file
in this office pertaining to the above referenced matter, which
weare transmittirig per Order of Court, dated July 3, 1991, a true
and correct copy of which is also enclosed herewith, for transfer
of venue of the above-referenced matter to Lehigh County from
Cumberland County.
Please be advised that hearingiwere held on July 31, 1978,
and April 30, 1990, pertaining to the above referenced matter,
but the stenographic record ror each such hearing was not
transcribed. We have been informed that it would be difficult,
