Dear Mr. Anderson:
on 31 July 1978 a guardian was appointed in the above
estate for the purpose of selling certain real estate.
That order required the guardian to post bond in the amount
of $1.00. unfortunately, the order did not direct the return
of that dollar upon the confirmation of the guardian's
Account.
I am writing to you now to inform you that the guardian's
First and Final Account and Proposed Schedule of Distribution
were approved on 28 November 1978. Distribution has been
completed thereunder. consequently, I would kindly request
you make arrangements to refund the bond filed in this
matter at your earliest convenience."

Lear Mr. Anderson:
On 31 July 1978 Judge Shughart entered an order in the above
matter appointing a guardian and approving the sale by him of certain
real estate owned jointly by the guardian and the ward. As part of the
order, the judge required the guardian to post nominal bond of $1. 00 .
I am enclosing a check in the amount of $1.00 made payable to
the Register of Wills to be held by you until the guardian I s account is
confinned and his bond is ordered returned. At that time, the check
can sinply be returned to Ire.
A copy of the order entered is enclosed for your reference also.
If you have any questions or need anything further, please contact Ire
