directed that William Luck be removed as guardian of the Estate
of Jean Luck. an incomp~tent. and that'a cousin of the

incompetent. Lois Morris. be appointed as substitute guardian
both of the person of Jean Luck and also for the Estate of Jean
Luck.

As of this time. the Court do~s not reqUire Lois
'Morris to post security to secure the faithful PHformanceof
her duties. The Court may direct that bond be posted at a later
date. The Court also directs that William Luck take immediate
steps to have the disability check payable directly to Lois
Morri~. the new guardian of the Estate of Jean Luck.
The Court will retain Jurisdiction and will set any
further hearings as may be requested by the parties hereto.
