recognizes and acknowledges that interest on the funds which have cane under his
control as guardian has not been earned to the extent that it could have been and
that,therefore, the am:Junt of money available for- distribution would be in excess
of the amount shown on this Acc.ount. Your Accountant has added additional personal
funds to the assets of the incanpetent to make available for distribution a total sum

registered to William H. Luck, Guardian, for Jean E. Luck

To the ertent that interest continues to accrue on said accounts fran the date of
this Account to the date of distribution, all such accrued interest shall be
distributed in accordance with this Proposed Schedule of Distribution.
Your Accountant proposes to distribute the entire sum to Lois E. Abrris,
replacanent guardian of the Estate of Jean Elizabeth Luck, an incompetent. 'Ib the
ertent. n~ssary to avoid early withdrawl penalty, ,your Accountant proposes to
distribute the certificates of deposit, in kind, to lDis E. Abrris. Upon such
payment and distribution, your Accountant proposes that he be granted a discharge as
