Appearing, on behalf of the Respondent was George A. Vaughn,
Esquire, Both William Luck and Jean Luck also appeared today.
By agreement of the parties, it is ordered and
directed that William Luck be removed as guardian of the Estate
of Jean Luck, an incompetent, and that a cousin of the
incompetent, Lois Morris, be appointed as substitute guardian
b9th of the person of Jean Luck and also for the Estate of Jean
