PETITION FOR CITATION FOR REMOVAL OF GUARDIAN PURSUANT

TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT;
Lois Morris, custodian of the incompetent,
respectfully

requests the removal of William Luck as guardian of
Jean Luck.

By decree dated January

appointed guardian of her estate.

3. William Luck should be removed as guardian of the ejtate
of Jean Luck, because he has failed to perform his duties pursuant
to court order,' and as imposed on him by law; . and the interes\ts of
the estate of the incompetent are likely to be jeopardized b~ his
continuance in office.
,4. In particular, William Luck failed to deposit the proceeds

of his sister's inheritance in a Federally insured account in ~978,

and used said funds for his own use. In addition, monthly PinSion
benefits, which were for his incompetent sister, were used for his

5. The consent of Lois Morris to act as substitute guardian

WHEREFORE, petitioner requests that the Court ,.awird a
citation, directed to William Luck to show cause why he should not
be removed.as guardian of the Estate of Jean Luck, an incompltent.
