S55l5 TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT; Lois Morris, custodian of the incompetent, respectfully the EstJte of requests the removal of William Luck as guardian of Jean Luck. 1. By decree dated January ;1978, Jean was Luck LUCk~ was adjudicated an incompetent and her brother, William appointed guardian of her estate. 2. William Luck has never filed an inventory of the a:s.!'.~t!.....-.-.__ of Jean Luck pursuant to 20 Pa.C.S.A. S5521. 3. William Luck should be removed as guardian of the ejtate of Jean Luck, because he has failed to perform his duties pursuant to court order,' and as imposed on him by law; . and the interes\ts of the estate of the incompetent are likely to be jeopardized b~ his continuance in office. ,4.
