law, William H. Luck, Petitioner, and Jean Elizabeth Luck, Respon1nt, are the
sole joint tenants with the right of survivorship of the property referred to

Borough of Selinsgrove, County of Snyder, and Connnonweal th
of Pennsylvania, the said being Lot No.4 Qf Plan No. 2 and

to the Borough of Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania, which plot of
lots is recorded in the Recorder's Office of Snyder County
