IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS
OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNA.

WE COMt~AND, you "that laying as ide all business and excuSes
whatsoever, you be and appear in your proper person before the
Honorable Judges of the Common pfreas Court Orphans' Court
Division at a session of the said Court there to be held, for
the County of Cumberland to show cause why upon consideration of
the within petition, it is ordered and decreed that a hearing on
the Petition shall take place in Court Room No.1, of the
Cumberland County Court House, Carlisle, Pennsylvania~ on April
30, 1990, at 9:30 A.M.,
At least 20 days notice shall be given the incompetent's
living next of kin who are sui juris, personally or by registered
ma i 1.
The respondent is hereby ordered to fi'le an accounting of his
administration of the estate within 60 days, of the dat.e hereof.
