OTTO, of New Cumberland, Cumberland Count'y., -, Pennsylvania, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all wills heretofore made by me. 1. I direct my executrix to pay all my just debts, funeral and administrative expenses as soon as conveniently may be done after my death. 2. I give and bequeath my Masonic ring to my nephew Gregory R. Otto. 3. I give and bequeath any automobile owned by" me, to my sister Doris Mae: Myers. ", 4. I give, devise and bequeath my house at 226 Reno Street, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, and all the household furniture and furnishings therein to my sister, Doris Ma~ Myers, for the period of her lifetime only, but not absolutely or in fee simple. This gift is dependent upon her personal occupancy, enjoyment and use of said house and furniture and furnishings and such gift shall cease upon er death or prior failure to occupy and :{IISe said property for a eriod of 60 days. This gift shall be effective only if said sister . oves into the occupancy'and use of said pr6perty,with!n'90 days . . fter my death. She, the said Doris Mae Myers, shall not be required o give bond, of any kind whatsoever, either as to realty or .. ersonalty, held by her as life tenant as set forth above. The trustee shall have the power and authority to sell, , transfer, convey, invest and reinvest and to pay over the net income of the trust property, to or for the use and benefit of DOris Ma~ Myers, at least semi-annually. The trustee is also authorized and empowered to pay over to, or for the use and benefit of Doris Mae Myers, such portion of, but not to exceed 50% of the original princi- pal of the trust estat~as in its sole discretion seems proper, for the comfortable maintenance and support of Doris Ma~ Myers or for the maintenance, education or setting up of her children in business~or i a profession or for similar purposes. The trustee shall be under no duty to distribute or use the principal equally for said Doris Mae Myers or for each of her children but may distribute or l;lse principal unequally in its discretion. My primary object is to insure the proper support, maintenance, etc. of Doris Mae Myers.
