LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF NELLIE A. BOUSUM
I, NELLIE A. BOUSUM, of the Borough of Mechanicsburg, County
of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and dis-
posing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and de-
clare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making
void any and all prior Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.
I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses
as soon after my decease as the same can conveniently be done.
2.
All the rest, residue and remainder o~ my estate, whether real,
personal or mixed, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate,
shall be converted into cash and for this purpose, I "direct my

Executor, hereinafter named, to sell my real property and personal
effects at ei-qher public or private sale or sales and to convey the
same to the purchaser or purchasers thereof.
After my estate has thus been converted into cash, I direct
that the residue of my estate be divided equally among my six
children, to wit, Lester P. Bousum, Mildred M. Greegor, Charles M.
Bousum, Jr., Kathryn H. Wimberly, Evelyn Fahnestock and Clarence
Bousum.
