I, Lottie P. Oyler, of the Township of Middlesex, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do herewith publish and declare
this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and declaring null and void any and all Wills
and Codicils heretofore written by me.
ITEM I. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my demise
as may be convenient to the proper administration of my estate.
ITEM II. I direct that all inheritance and estate taxes be paid on the proceeds of the above
conversion and on all the rest residue and remainder of my estate from the residue of my estate prior
to further distribution.
ITEM III. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate unto
my daughter, Lotta L. Lehmer, if she be living at the time of my death and survive me for a period
of thirty (30) days, per capita.
ITEM IV. If my daughter, Lotta L. Lehmer, predecease me or fail to survive me for a
period ot thirty (30) days, I give, devise and bequeath the rest, residue and remainder of my estate

The statute does not exemnt a transfer to a surviving spouse from tax, and the statutory requirements for disclosure of assets and filing a tax return are still applicable even if

The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers from a deceased child twenty-one years of age or younger at death to or for the use of a natural parent, an adoptive parent,

The tax rate imposed on the nel value oftranslers to or lor the use of the decedent's lineat beneficiaries is 4.5%. except as noted in 72 P.S. 99116(1.2) (72 P.S. 99116(a)(1)].
The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the decedent's siblings is 12% [72 P.S. 99116(a)(1.3)]. A sibling is defined. under Section 9102, as an
individual who has at least one parent in common with the decedent, whether by blood or adoption.

and Codicils heretofore written by me.
ITEM I. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my demise
as may be convenient to the proper administration of my estale.

conversion and on all the resl residue and remainder of my estate from the residue of my estate prior
to further distribution.
ITEM III. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest. residue and remainder of my estate unto
my daughter. Lotta L. Lehmer, if she be living at the lime of my death and survive me for a period
of thirty (30) days, per capita.

land, North 21 degrees 03 minutes East 258 feet, more or less, to a point in the middle ofthe
aforesaid Road; thence following said Road in a southerly direction, and by land now or
formerly of William H. Cramer, et ux., of which the herein conveyed premises was a part, 282
feet, more or less, to the place of BEGINNING. Containing approximately 0.4 of an acre as
per distances chained by William H. Cramer, et ux.
IT BEING the same premises which Estate of Earl L. Diven by Lottie P. Oyler, Executrix, by
Adjudication and Decree Awarding Real Estate dated October 11,1983 and recorded in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Deed Book "K," Volume
30, page 488, awarded to Lottie P. Oyler. The said Lottie P. Oyler having died October 20,
2000, Testate, Letters Testamentary granted July 9,2001 to Lotta L. Lehmer, Executrix, and
Grantor herein.
