BURlffi, of the Borough of Lemoyne, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made. 1. I direct the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my death as may be convenient to my Executrix here- inafter named. 2. I give and bequeath unto my daughter, Dorothy McDowell, for the term of her life, my grandfather clock, with remainder after her death unto my son, John Jacob Burke, for the term of his life, with remainder after his death in succession to my daughters, Geraldine, Gladys and Esther, for the terms of their respective lives and at the death of the survivor, to the issue of my last surviving child, none of the life tenants to be required to give bond as such. 3. I give and bequeath my cherry wood chest of drawers unto my daughter, Esther Miller. 4. I give and bequeath the remainder of my household goods unto my five children, above named, the issue of any deceased child to receive the share of the parent in case of the decease of any of said children prior t~ my death. ~e 5. I direct my Executrix to sell any real estate of which I seized, upon such terms a. she shall deem most advantageous to my estate. 6. I give, devise and ~equeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate unto my children, share and share alike. 7.
