Code of 1972, as amended, an undiv~ded one-half (1/2) interest in

fee simple in the real estate hereinafter described, is awarded

to Donald E. Fought, in accordance:with the statement of distri-
I

bution confirmed by the Court of C9mmon Pleas, Orphans' Court
I
Division of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as aforesaid:

BEGINNING at a point in the center line of a public
road leading from Mechanicsburg to Williams Grove, which
point is four hundred seventy1six and five tenths (476.5)
,
feet from the eastern corner of the farm formerly owned
by Fannie B. Miller; said point also being at the corner
of land now of A. S. Berdanier; thence along said land
of A. S. Berdanier, South 56 degrees East, two hundred
(200) feet to an iron pin; th~nce along land formerly of
Fannie B. Miller, South 34 degrees West, two hundred
(200) feet to an iron pin; thence along land now of
Blair D. Paden, North 56 degrees West, two hundred (200)
feet to a point in the center:line of the aforesaid
public road; thence along the;center line of said public
road, North 34 degrees East, two hundred (200) feet to the

place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING .92 acre, and:improved by a dwelling house
numbered 507 Williams Grove Road.

BEING part of the same p~emises which Fannie B. Miller,
widow, by deed dated August 16th, 1941, and recorded in
Deed Book "K", Volume 12, Pag~ 103, in the Recorder's
Office in and for Cumberland ~ounty, and all of the same
premises which Fannie B. Mill~r, widow, by deed dated
March 20th, 1948 and recorded[in Deed Book "U",
Volume 13, Page 129 in the said Recorder's Office,
granted and conveyed unto Wilour H. Fought and
Elizabeth M. Fought, his wife! And further being the same
premises which are designatedJas Tract No.1 which
wilbur H. Fought and Elizabeth M. Fought, his wife, by
deed dated June 24, 1971, and I recorded in Deed Book "0",
Volume 24, Page 780, in the said Recorder's Office,
granted and conveyed unto wiltiur H. Fought and
Elizabeth M. Fought as tenants in common and as tenants
by the entireties, wherefore ~pon the death of Wilbur H.
Fought his undivided one-half 1(1/2) interest remained in
his estate. i
